Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. MARTLUX reserves the right to accept or decline your order even after confirmation, in case of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or unauthorized payment detection.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines and shipping fees vary based on the location and the nature of the product. Estimated delivery times will be provided during checkout.

MARTLUX is not liable for unexpected shipping delays caused by third-party courier services, severe weather, or political/economic disruptions.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

We strive to provide unparalleled customer service. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 3 or 7 days of delivery.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed based on our dedicated Return Policy, provided the items are returned in their original packaging, unused, and with all tags intact.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched to the courier.
